DESCRIPTION OF SESSION:

Join Beads of Courage for a virtual Bead Strong session! A great opportunity for self-care.

Bead Strong was created to provide an experience in mindfulness. Each Bead Strong activity uses several different tools including mantras, art, breathwork and beads.

Registration is required by September 5th!

The materials you will need for the session will be sent in advance to you. You will also need basic art materials such as pencils, crayons, and/or markers.

Following your order, Beads of Courage will be in contact to provide more details.

We are asking for a $15 donation to cover the cost of the materials and shipping to you. There is also an option to donate to support a registration.
