Every month there is a reason to celebrate!
Amidst the challenges our Beads of Courage members and families face, we know there is always a season or holiday to celebrate. You can be the source of encouragement for them on these days as a sponsor of our Monthly Encouragement Bead.
An Encouragement Bead is gifted to our BOC members or siblings upon the completion of an activity posted on social media. In return for their participation, they will receive the gift of a bead and an encouragement note from you! These activities are designed to encourage creativity and help children coping with serious illness stay strong in mind, body and spirit. Remember, it is never just a little bead!
Your gift of $500 provides one Monthly Encouragement Bead for 50 BOC members/siblings. Each bead will be mailed to a child along with an encouraging note card, including your name or business name and logo (upload here - if applicable) recognizing you as the sponsor, and you will be acknowledged on the social media post related to the activity, thanking you for your generous gift, unless you wish to remain anonymous.
Monthly Encouragement Bead activities are often posted on many major holidays, which BOC children and families often spend in the hospital, away from the comforts of home. Help us remind them that they are never alone or forgotten and that there is always a reason to celebrate together!
