BOC Hall of Fame Artist, Diana Spiller says, “I have always had an art or craft close at hand, beginning with pottery in the very early ‘70s, sewing, macrame, oils, watercolor, fused glass, mosaic, etc. Once I discovered lampworking in 2010, I became completely hooked, first on making marbles and then on making beads. Having retired in 2018, I now spend most of my time in my basement studio blissfully making beads, the majority of which go to Beads of Courage. I support the BOC children in honor of my son-in-law, who is a leukemia survivor, diagnosed when his children were 2½ years and 6 months old.” Diana is a member of the Beads of Courage Bead Artist Hall of Fame.
